Rental Package Entitlements

VITAL O2 Home Oxygen solution consists of personalised care with patient education & follow-up.

Personalised care can be differentiated in terms of:

• Educational support & materials we provide to patients (eg.emails, flyers, videos, patient phone support).
• Set-up education support that is performed by Home Care Technicians (additional cost). Our dedicated Home Care Technicians are trained to ensure expert education and ongoing support if needed at home.
• Our Care delivery types, leveraging different means (eg. phone calls from NCCC, live visits from HCT) and different frequency of touch-points.
• Focusing on personalised patient care effectively improves patient engagement, therapy adherence, and Quality of Life.
• Current rental POC models that we offer include SimplyGO, SimplyGO Mini, G5 16-Cell and Rove 6 16-Cell.
• All Rental and Saleable POCs are subject to stock availability.
• Additional saleable and rental batteries for Simply GO will not be available until April 2025.
• Current POC models that patients can purchase include G5 - 16 cell, SimplyGO Mini, SimplyGO, Zen-O Eclipse 5, Rove 6 16-Cell.
• Warranty and post-warranty service.
• Liaising with physicians and health providers.
• Coordinating oxygen needs from hospital to your home.
• Support in traveling with medical oxygen.
• Airline approved equipment.
• Able to change POC models during the course of their rental contract as indicated by their physician.
• Patients can change from short term rental to long term rental contract at any time.
